This project was a group research project to really understand Kiehl’s as a brand and provide insight into what men really think of Kiehl’s.

 

As a group,we undertook primary and secondary research to really understand where Kiehl’s are going wrong and what they need to do to attract more male traffic.

 

After considering all research results, we then arrived at key themes which we took forward to inform our implementation part of the project.
