Olivia Sbarra

This dissertation was the first project set in the final year of my degree. It was an extensive research project covering innovative methods of both primary and secondary research. Research undertaken for this project covered questionnaires, surveys, focus groups, face-to-face interviews, telephone interviews, interviews over email, analysis of children's work, analysis of grade statistics and many secondary research sources. The research was then analysed to find an opportunity within the relevant market sector and proposals into how the ideas would be implemented.
